Michele, I really like how this lone gull so calmly rests in it's rocky playground...pounded by all the surf. I like the exposure and mix of elements here...the spray in the air really adds to the ambience. Nice photo...and glad to see you :) MFC

I really enjoy how your splashing sea dominates and contrasts in muted tones of warm grey. It gives a gentleness to the secluded scene with its lone inhabitant ,who is also enjoying the gentle shower provided. Of beauty too is how the sea& rocks blends so well on the diagonal out to sea.
