Very nicely composed, Bill. I like that the ice/snow takes up half the frame, with the other half being dark, and the leaf extending through both halves. Helen
Bill, I like how this leaf seems to emerge as it thaws from it's "ice age" preserve. I like the icy details...& how you composed this. Sometimes we just have to stop and look to see beauty around us. Well seen. MFC

Well isnt this a find! Such a small leaf preserved in such a large chunk of ice.. So interesting too that its half in and half out and in perfect condition in a stage of its fall...Very Neat!Well seen with alot of clarity and a real slice of a detail blown up.Nice touch that you caught another leaf free in the background.
