Feeling uptight and stressed today - no obvious reason....
On return from Edgehill College (Helen atletics training,
went searching for PaD, ventured forth into the garden, after sorting
out the bike (another small step on the fitness trail :)).

Sunny but cold today - this shot sort of summed it up.

But some reminders of the other side of life..



Helen was at the NW squads today (Javelin). Once again failed to get
decent javelin shot, but did manage one shot in 'manual'
(with 'nice' washout to the background - wow!),
as Helen worked on her Tomagochi.... yes they're back.
I remember queueing for them the first time around!
