This tiny Hummingbird, Harriet (i named her), built her tiny egg cup just about a foot and a half from the window above my kitchen sink. It has been such a delight and huge thrill to watch all of the progress, from the construction process all the way to these wee and i mean TINY babies. Their heads are about half the size or smaller of a pencil's eraser. I shot this hand held, while standing on top of the kitchen sink and counter, with the window open. I was jumping up and down with excitement (mentally, grin), while the results are not classically perfect...they thrill me to pieces (not literally, of course ;D). Hope you enjoy them half as much as do I :))
