I really can't complain because United airlines upgraded us to business class - and all our guests - on both legs of our journey!! I still can't believe it. There was five of us on the way out. We had three complimentary upgrade vouchers but they upraded us all of us. On the way back they had a lot of problems with overbooking and so they once again upgraded the five of us but also, my sister-in-law and niece were on a different flight and they were upgraded and given $400 flight vouchers each to take a 2 hour delay and join us on our flight. We certainly had luck on our side - now why didn't I buy a lottery ticket?
