Work began in earnest Wednesday morning. The house, barn and milking shed would all be down - or nearly so - by the end of the day. When I went out to the farm, Avery was not there, but several women were on the site. Their grandparents were the original owners of the farm and they had come to see the end of the place where they had spent many days playing as young girls.
