These are very creative images, and I persoannly don't care how you arrived at the results. You are an artist with your camera much like a painter is an artist with his or her brush.
First of all correct exposure means getting the image the way you wanted it to be exposed. In reality, what makes someone a good photographer is not a special lens, or a limited production film, or a rare filter known to no one else; it is the use of good photographic technique and a through knowledge of exposure control. Being creative with a camera is not about honesty but rather artistry and imagination. John

which the problem of the use of the filter grad? The magical hour occurs during the dawn and not because of the colors of the sky!!

To call this "magic hour" is totally misleading as the shot is achieved with a coloured half-grad filter. It is a nice shot, but be honest
