In this image, I had to repeat the steps to once more lighten the image even more. This of course is up to YOUR personal preference, but I prefer to have the background totally whited out leaving just the subdued image that you see here. Then using the eraser tool erase out the area of her face hair and breast. Merge this layer also, always ending each step with one layer. Your image should now look like the next one.
