These are not potato chips, unfortunately.
These are leaves from the "silver dollar" plant. When I was a child, my parents told me that there were coins in them but yet I never broke one open. I guess I figured that I didn't earn coins so I shouldn't have them.
Then again, I'm learning that people don't always deserve there fates nor do they receive rewards that they earn. For example, I face this fact every day at the Children's Hospital where innocent souls are facing so much adversity. Perhaps I can only hope one day to realize a pattern but as of now, so much seems unfair.

i know these little special seed and i love the light the monochromatic way one color that you have captured them i am sure that the children at your hospital find you to be special as is the sensitivy you eshibit in this image! i am sure they are very lucky to have such an caring sensitive soul in their lifes! take care, don in maine

This is an absolutely awesome photo. And I agree with your comments as well. Life just isn't fair to all people. One can only speculate why but very likely there is no logic to it.
