Well.. I do have a tendency towards night owlness..
Ergo.. needing insomnia fighters.
Step 1.
Heat milk
Add DaVinci Sugar Free syrup. (butter rum or caramel is highly recommended)
Dash cinnamon.
Step 2.
open little blue box
open 2 little blue pills from blister pack.
Take, but do so.. BEfore 11pm. (which I did.. and will be hitting bed soon.. now that the laundry is done)
Step 3. Scowl at the time.
Try not to think of all you have yet to do tommorrow..
that you should have done today...
But, sleep.. sleep is good..
Red eyed and draggy tommorrow..
is badddd...

post script- Mug.. one of my all time favorite sets from Pzalgraph, sort of these
photorealistic poppies.. (got a basic set) and I love the bright yellow that is
