Insomnia Fighters

It's 11:42 and do you know where your PAD is?

Well.. I do have a tendency towards night owlness..

Ergo.. needing insomnia fighters.
Step 1.
Heat milk
Add DaVinci Sugar Free syrup. (butter rum or caramel is highly recommended)
Dash cinnamon.

Step 2.
open little blue box
open 2 little blue pills from blister pack.
Take, but do so.. BEfore 11pm. (which I did.. and will be hitting bed soon.. now that the laundry is done)

Step 3. Scowl at the time.
Try not to think of all you have yet to do tommorrow..
that you should have done today...
But, sleep.. sleep is good..
Red eyed and draggy tommorrow..
is badddd...

post script- Mug.. one of my all time favorite sets from Pzalgraph, sort of these
photorealistic poppies.. (got a basic set) and I love the bright yellow that is
inside the bowls & cups too.

Yup, exactly what I need right now. It is 12:34am right now, and I am still wide awake, I work night shift 2 days a week and I have worked night shift for at least 16 years now, soooo, yup, I am a night owl.

I took a sleep aid once. Knocked me out for 12 hours. I was still groogy after 14. Never again. Nyquil is less potent, so I use that or Extra Sleepytime tea. Mostly I just don't get into bed until 2:00. Tired, but busy with photos or news online.

A pleasant nighttime sleep aid routine Dawn. Here's mine; 1. Get ball-peen hammer out of the toolbox. 2. Have Gerie hit me on the head with the ball-peen hammer. 3. Wake up at 8:00 AM and take aspirin. Works every time!
