This is the antipasto prepared by my dear friend, Elena. There was a snowstorm outside but her kindness warmed my stomach and heart.
This delicious antipasto actually came AFTER a fantastic meal of spaghetti with tomato sauce, a sauce homemade by Elena with care.
I thank her for sheltering me from the elements for a little while.
