I'll take a wild guess and try to answer your question. This sing is in "Los Aposentos". An artificial lake with some swans and where you can rent row boats. Last time I was there was about 25 years ago. Really! I'm guessing based on that's the only place in all Chimaltenango that I can think of that could have a sign like this. I'm right, Andrew?
It's funny that the sign shows a man wearing a suit (wherever the sign really is). You gotta love this country! :)
