I post 2 succesive pictures today. I traveled back to Mindoro yesterday and was too tired to make the way to the town and the Net-Cafe. The trip back was stressy since all flights from Bohol and Cebu where delayed because of typhoon speed winds and serious rainfalls in the morning hours.
Bohol Airport has no facilities and I had to wait in a warm place for hours.

Tattang is the local healer and has amazing good aknowledge of chiropractics.
When I came here, I could allmost never sit down without having tremendous pain caused by my hiatal hernia and the heartburn. Tattang analized this situation and with some few deep massages in the stomach region he brought my stomach back to it's initial position. I can now sit around for hours without any pain and despite of the open oesophagus and the frequent reflux, my life quality is now much better and more comfortable. There are many things those people know and they can help very often with simple and efficient manipulations and often in situations where local medicals and surgeons are helpless.
