I post 2 pictures today since I landed on Cebu yesterday and was somewhat tired and no feel to go and find an Internet Cafe. So, press previous to look at yesterday's picture.

Cebu-City is the eldest city of the Philippines. Once you walk trough the old ancient city with the market place, you can see, feel and smell how old it is.
The climate in Cebu is typicaly tropical, moderately warm, very humid with some difficult to breathe.

The picture has been reworked, i had to balance the highlights since the road was totaly dark due to the high light from the sky. This made it noisy since allmost nothing was seen on the shot. I have not tim enough to concentrate on all and often the camera is set to a value I used the night before. I made a full series of nice shots yesterday and found out that the camera was set to iso 1000. The shots are ok, but once you rework the noise comes out.

great photo, i agree about the noise seems completey unusual at ISO320, i often push my D100 to this setting was it added post process?

Lou, it is a typical photo I would take to show what real life is in the towns/cities I visit. This one isn't up to your usual standard, it is quite noisey.

Interesting to see how the streets are on these tiny islands Lou! Aren't the electricity poles & wires something really special there! The high humidity would be hard to bear and take some getting used to.
