I decided to learn some more about some filters in PSE3.
I got a great book - 50 Fast Digital Photo Techniques.
Reading through it inspired me to try some of the techniques.
Here is one result which started with an early morning side lit
picture of a fellow pbaser. Cutout filter and texturizer.
