Old Man's Beard (Clematis vitalba) by Quentin Bargate

The original was almost this colour in the afternoon sun, but in keeping with the spirit of the competion, I have colourised the image with a gold-ish tone, then applied some slight soft focus.

The warmth of the sepia combined with soft blur almost gives the bush the appearance of a crackling fire, I think! --Kim
