In addition to the Eiffel Tower stairs being in Felicity, there is a pyramid and a sundial with the arm of Michelanglo pointing at it. For $2 you can go inside the pyramid and stand "in the center of the world."
Here is what a sign by the sundial says, "Michelangelo's arm of God, from the Sistine Chapel painting, sets the time at the official center of the world and points to the future Church on the Hill at Felicity."
When I walked behind the pyramid I came upon 2 long rows of beautifully etched granite walls dedicated to U.S. Marines killed in the Korean War and panel after panel detailing the history of the French soldiers' battle history.
