My Mum and Dad moved back up to Aberdeen around three years ago, after being away from the city
for around 20 years. No sooner had the decision been made than they found the house they liked
and duly moved in. The back garden is fairly short but wide, and on a slope. They decided that
they wanted a japanese themed garden, and a few months later, it started taking shape.

Mount fuji is the affectionate name we gave to the second tier of patio at the rear of the garden,
where this chap lives.

I just liked the scene in the snow. Although it came at a grave price - a very wet trouser knee
trying to keep the camera steady,
