It is funny how I gravitate towards pork BBQ restaurants - even when I'm hundreds of miles away from my favorite haunts. Blue Smoke was good - overpriced - but good. Sauce was excellent, meat was tender. Cole slaw was substandard.
This is a super trendy place, which made the evening all the more enjoyable. The basement features a jazz venue - $25 cover for the night we were there.
Funniest thing - they sold "NC Salted Peanuts" for $5 a jar.
