Diving with the giant Manta Rays off the big Island was an awesome experience.
This dive takes place just after sundown at about 55ft. The dive operators
set up large bright lamps on the bottom which draws the plankton which the
Manta Rays feed on. They are so accustomed to this nightly ritual that when the
boats anchor, the sun goes down, and lights go on the show starts. They
do their dance, feeding on the plankton, skimming over our heads doing
twirls and rolls in perfect unison.

It is a most magical experience one I highly recommend.
