I think that's what these are. Taken in a supermarket
and the signage wasn't clear. If so, it's the first
Brussel Sprouts I've seen still connecged to a stalk.

Just so you know, Mr. Winters, that brussel spouts are what started the whole idea of Alphabet Soup. I have a harddrive full of veggie shots that I have not posted in deference to you. Humffffffff.

I'm no expert because I gave up Brussel Sprouts for Lent in 1948, but I think you are correct.
