Traffic was just a disaster today due to accidents in San Diego. The radio was saying 110 minutes for what usually takes me 30. Thought I'd buy time by taking a detour over the hill to see the ocean. Got to this overlook just in time to see the sunset drop behind Catalina Island. Avalon is just to the left of the setting sun.
