Pet Portrait

Midnight is 18 years old, my daughter got him from her kindergarden teacher. He does alot of sleeping now, in the winter he loves laying on our warm waterbed, feels good to his old bones. If you look at the pictures in the collage I posted yesterday, you will see one of her and the cat together on her bed. The cat had a nice coat of fur then, now, he has lost all the lustre to his fur and it mats something terrible, gitting old sure sucks!! :-)

Loving them at this age is very special, Cindy. You did good here.

Well, I suppose if I said this was Picture Perfect it would sound cliched.
But it is perfect right down to the framing!

As an animal lover, and an owner of three dogs, and two cats, I find this photo very touching! :)

Many wonderful years. They(Cats)are so good for us. Thanks for sharing your special kitty.

Age nonwithstanding, it must be wonderful to have Midnight 'hanging' around ... purring away, and being there.
And it is so sad as they pass on.

It sure is sad when they age... beautiful setting for the old dear.

Poor thing, he looks like he's off in dreamland. Nice picture

Looks like a painting. Midnight looks content in his old age.
