DEATH BECOMES HER

I am wondering if anyone else finds this leaf as beautiful as I do. I saw these
today with their curled edges that are such a different color and I thought
they were so appealing. These leaves don't seem to die the same way
as others do.

This is interesting isn't it. I like the way the leaf is framing itself by the curling it's edges. Alsmost dosen't look real,,, fantastic shot snootydog! This would make a lovely painting.

Definately something a photographer would enjoy.. nice contrasting colors.. and yet.. that vein of green in the middle too..

Oh, total beauty. What I love about this one, aside from the green veins, is the incredible, almost white curled edges. I aso thought, from the thumbnail, that you'd done some outlandish 'find edges' treatment. Great shot.

What an unusual and amazing leaf. I've never seen a leaf so chocolate brown, and that green vein is quite an interesting contrast. Very cool!

Have never seen one like this-it's kinda cool the way the main artery still seems to have life while the body is decaying. (Oh, that's a little too close to home, might need to rephrase...)

Rather amazing and beautiful. I agree with you, and the veins are lovely. When I saw the thumb I thought you had done something in Photoshop.
