I went to the doctor today for a follow up to my physical a few weeks ago. He said I needed to work on lowering my triglycerides.
That means FAT! It appears that I am on the border of having too much of it in my blood.

Now, I ask you, who would want to eat carrot sticks when there's chocolate?
