Nice shot with the look of Philip Marlows office, but it could be time to buy a new camera. That blue stripe is all over here like a cheap suit.

Love the retro feel!

First I LOVE that old typewriter..The overall mood of this image is spectacular.

I like that blue stripe...although I had to squint to see it. Wonder what is causing it?

I can see the old Singer sewing machine... My mother had the same one!! Excellent lighting! Great shot!

Classy stuff.

Great lighting and cool typewriter. The toning gives it an antique look.

Well, at least, the blue stripe is less visible on this one. :)

Beautfiul comp and lighting, Pete. This has such a delightful retro mood ...
Shame about that stipe! Darn!

God, I love those old typewriters. I can't type on them (I've tried, don't have the finger pressure) but I just love how they look. Twenty-five years ago when I was just starting out, there was a beautiful old Royal for sale at a garage sale for $10 and I didn't buy it. I still think about how that beautiful piece of machinery could be sitting on my bookselves.

Ok, I'll say it too cuz it's true! The lighting and the old typerwriter make for a great old time feeling photo. Like the table too!

You have remined me that there's one of those old typewriters around here somewhere. Have to wait until the poly filler on my face dries though ;>) Thanks for dropping by, Pete.

Very nice composition and lighting through the window. It suits the "old" things you are highlighting. Nicely done.

Very nice shot!

I learned to sew on a treadle machine... Pete, if this isn't a new camera, ditch it and go DSLR. You know you want to.
Guest 30-Oct-2004 21:19
Lovely light and composition!!

Hey Blue Stripe! I see the keyboard... where is the screen?
Nicely done.

Lovely light, and composition. Try sending an email to Oly tech support. They'll usually respond in a few days.
