Passerculus sandwichensis

POSSIBLE: (Passerculus sandwichensis savanna). This subspecies breeds to our north in eastern Canada,
New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, The Magdalen Islands and northern
New England. This subspecies averages paler than the other northeastern North American races,
but nowhere near as pale as Ipswich.


HABITAT: OPEN FIELDS, MEADOWS, SALT MARSHES, PRAIRIES, DUNES, SHORES.
