Mingsha Shan - Echoing Sands (Singing) Mountains
Kumtag Desert, Dunhuang, Gansu Province, China
The Mingsha sand dunes stretch more than 40 kilometres (25 miles) long and 20 kilometres (12.4 miles) wide,
reaching heights of 1,715 meters (5,630 feet). Note the climbers on the dune at the left of the image.
