Yesterday was a bad day. A very bad day...

It all started with getting to work and finding a drive array in my edit bay (I work in TV broadcasting) crashed. I had to spend
most of the day scrambling to recover work from the last couple of weeks and switching over to another edit bay to complete
some spots with a 5 o'clock deadline. Then Cathi called me to say her battery was dead and she was stuck at home waiting for
a jumpstart so she could go to work. Then Cathi tried to pick up our mail (we had it stopped while we were on vacation) only
to be told it wasn't at the post office, it was at the central office. When we both got home, we were both irritated and snappy
towards each other. I just didn't have it in me to do a PAD last night.

A weeks worth of relaxation shot!

Today has been much better, more akin to having returned from vacation. One of the engineers performed some magic allowing me to
recover the data on my hard drive while we await the arrival of a replacement, the deadline was met and Cathi is having a better day.
