Timeout. October 18

Two dogs, I am thinking, are probably as bad as two small children - two small children who want whatever the other has, push each other out of their bed and bite at each other's faces, anyway. And, with the dogs at 75 and 90 lbs., the kids weigh less.
Roxie makes an occasional retreat to her crate when she's had enough of the bigger guy trying to prove that he is the bigger guy. Even from the crate, she doesn't miss a thing, no matter how quiet the sound or small the movement.

Donna,

I like this, it reminds me of the places we build for ourselves to isolate us from the world. Such place both protect and imprision us.

How funny. We used to have two pups each over 100 lbs! The 'smaller' Rottweiller always got HER way! It was the bigger Husky/Lab mix who would put himself in timeout! Now we have a Jack Russell - a bigger handfull than the two big dogs - you can see his diary athttp://www.pbase.com/jengle/bruisers

Great shot of Ms. Carmichael :. From the thumb I it was a filmstrip.
