to tell the truth bracket it was a bit of a fluke and I am not even sure I could replicate
it myself! I converted it into mono using channel mixer and cropped a bit, then tinted it
using the "photo filter" (blue I think). For the "dreamy" effect, I played around with
USM, far more than I would normally use, until I got a result I liked. I can't remember the final setting unfortunately. Then I finished it off with a small amount of "diffuse glow" filter. Really I was just playing around with settings but I liked what I got so I entered it. :)
