...and to continue the thread - after my second wedding we all had dinner at the Drexel Brook Club in Drexel Hill, Pa. and the Ink Spots were singing in the room next door. As we were leaving they were out in the lobby on break and I met your future ex-mother-in-law x 2's future husband. Isn't she the one that kept triggering heat waves with her arrivals in town one year? Oh, and I bet we have all seen a movie with Kevin Bacon in it!

Now HERE is some trivia for you: Elsa Heilich was a judge at the 1942 Harvest Moon Dance Contest, where the Ink Spots were playing, and one of THEM, Dusty Brookes, married my ex-mother-in-law X 2.
