October 9th

This tiny yellow clover flower was a bright spark in the backyard yesterday. Brave little thing, just blooming when everything else is changing color. I'm glad I spotted it. I believe in trying to use the whole frame of what I shoot instead of cropping later.... but sometimes things are worth trying to crop .... I broke down and tried to crop my little flower... if you care to see it here it is... let me know what you think :-) http://www.pbase.com/image/34820877

I prefer the tighter crop, and this isn't mere clover, it's shamrock.

What do I know for a crop, but I think I do like the tighter one better. (Consider the source, ha!)

I just added a link to a cropped version. If anyone wants to tell me what they think , that'd be great :-)

Some of the tiniest flowers are perfect specimens when you capture their image & take a close look. Sturdy little thing.
