Went mountain biking at Soquel Demonstration Forest in the Santa Cruz Mts.
It is popular with the hard core mountain bikers due to the technically
challenging trails. Lots of rocks, roots, ruts and jumps. While it is a bit
entertaining, it is not my type of trails. The real fun is watching the
more competent riders scream down these challenging trails.

There are a lot of trails to ride in the San Francisco bayarea.

The red bike is mine. My butt and this bike have been on a lot of miles together
from conquering the Swiss, Italian and Austrian Alps to riding thru the
Rockies of Montana.
