Taken on a day trip to Mineral King Valley in Sequoia National Park.
I was standing on an open grassy hillside when I noticed this fella coming up the hill towards me. I waited to see where he was going...he just kept coming towards me...he stopped about 12' from where I was standing and started munching on the tall grasses. I said to myself "Ok...this is different" and started shooting some frames. At the 100mm focal length I almost had to back up.. he was so close!
