I like the b&w conversion. It seems to work best on lighter colored flowers, imho. And I've seen some very nice galleries of them done this way. Marie states it nicely, it brings out the essence of the flower where color can sometimes distract. Nice work.

Thanks for the link to the colour version.
The monochrome, nevertheless, emphasises the delicacy of textures and enhances the subtleties of the white tones.
Excellent control of exposure and DOF.
