September 22: Buggy Practice

Florence, Oregon

After our overnight in Florence we took an invigorating one-hour dune-buggy ride in the Oregon Dunes State Park. These dramatic sand dunes stretch 41 miles south along the Pacific Cost to Coos Bay and reach heights over 450 feet.

This is Cousin Sandra watching young adults practicing their ATV skills. We “older” adults took our tour in a 15 passenger buggy. Click NEXT to see our vehicle.

Tonight we are in Bandon and will reach the California Redwoods tomorrow on our way south on Highway 101.
