Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth support the construction of 500 electricity generating wind turbines on this moorland. How green is the destruction of a whole island? Oh yeah, of course, no one from Greenpeace and Friends of the Earth has actually been outside London but they once read in a book that wind factories are a good idea. Why not put them somewhere that no one cares about like Scotland?
