Los Angeles Class Attack Submarine. I was unable to see any markings that would identify which one, I assume that it is USS Salt Lake City. This sub is part of the official contingent strike group attached to the John Stennis air craft carrier. This sub cruised out of the harbor 20 minutes before the John Stennis left. There was a excersise going on involving most of the fleet at Pearl Harbor. We observed a lot of activity.
