Beautiful shot with the ridge in the background! When I was there in July, the spiral portion was completely surrounded by very shallow pinkish water. It looks nice without water in the foreground, although it's evidence of an awful drought. As I walked along the jetty, the brine flies flew away from my advancing feet, creating a continuous dark cloud near the ground in front of me. A bleak but beautiful place.
