Grand View Dr (Peoria IL)

There are several stopping places to view the IL river, or just nature its self, along the Grand View Drive Rd. In one of the pu;; of spots, I noticed this "center piece". So guess what? Yup, I took a picture!

I am stumped. Cannot decide which I like best.

I like this one the best. I find the center plant interesting amidst the low lying flowers seems somewhat out of place but then again is intriguing.
