This is my workspace with my new 21" main monitor and 17" secondary monitor (portrait orientation) running off a dual DVI NVIDIA card (great multimonitor and multiwindow support).
Some of you may remember that my CRT monitor blew up while I was moderating C9, which precipitated my upgrade to LCD.
The Eizo FlexScan L985EX main monitor is superb for image viewing, although too slow for video editing. At the time of this posting, I have yet to calibrate with a colorimeter.
The second monitor is angled in to form another curve in this setup.
I don't suppose anyone else will be brave enough to include a curvaceous rear end of a loved one in C14! ;o)
You can see the 'Curves' dialog sitting among the Photoshop palettes on the right hand monitor as I bolster Miss Molly's curves.
The PS CS elements I have open on the right hand monitor are (from the left) the main toolbar, History palette, Layers palette, Histogram, Actions palette and Info palette (at lower right), plus of course the Curves dialogue sitting on top of the History and Layers palettes.
Molly is keeping an eye on the night-time neighbourhood through the window while the Australian Football League goal umpire signals a goal (6 pts) on the digital TV window on my second monitor, or perhaps he is actually trying to signal 6 pts for Molly! ;o)
curvaceous source ;o)
