Today's the day that Grandma Di (Deb's mum) realised a life's long ambition to take a flight in a hot air baloon.

So me and the kids went down to the grounds of Stoke Rochford Hall to witness the event and wave her off on her flight, (Deb was doing her thing in uniform and latex gloves just in case you were wondering). There was quite a crowd down there and it wasn't until the Virgin balloon was fully unloaded and ready to be inflated that we realised there was another balloon being launched. The second one was much smaller than the Virgin one and looked much older too! Never the less, after a quick change of gas bottles, the flight of a lifetime was up up and away!
