White balance in conference rooms can be a problem. They sometimes use two or three different light sources each with different colors. Flourescent tubes, incandescent spots and tinted window-light. A custom white balance is the best way to go. Or B&W.
It is good to see Eric's visage again after all these years. He is so creative. Re WB, this looks a touch over-exposed... can't see the detail in his dark shirt.
