Needless to say I had an enjoyable dinner today

There is a local "hole in the wall" sushi & noodle bar that is a real treasure
It's called Momo's after a Japanese childhood story character

The chef, when he's not pressed for time, will delight in making art out of his foodstuffs while patrons watch and dine . . .

Then he gives away his creation to adoring, unsuspecting diners

I got lucky today
Would you believe this is shrimp cocktail!!
