On closer inspection. You know what? Funny but "Apragopoleos" directly translated is "Lazy-town"... But hey what do I barely got a pass in Ancient Greek! The "Hail Citizen..." is 100% though!

Sorry it took so long... haven't been around much! The last word is the name of the town that I'm not sure how to translate so I'll give the name phoneticaly (i'll try anyway) The sign reads "Hail Citizen of Apragopoleos"
