The department of culture, arts and leisure here in Northern Ireland has started dumping this rubbish into the last remaining public lough in Co. Antrim where anglers could fish for little wild brown trout. This highlights their deep concern for the environment. I've fished the lough for years catching the little fish seen elsewhere in this gallery. It gives me no joy to stand shoulder to shoulder with a line of meat fishers all trying to catch as many of these rubber trout as possible, so now where do I go? I've written to the government minister responsible, many months ago, and am still awaiting an answer.
