Hi Cityfish, this is a great shot! The cuteness of the big cat!
My hometown is Penang too. I should go & visit taman hibiscus someday... BTW, you should bring your camera closer to the fence and open your aperture to 2.8 instead of 3.3, so that you will make the metal fence disappear. I have try b4, and it works on my shot in Sarawak's Crocodile Farm:

Love the big cats, small cats too. I wonder what this big cat is dreaming of.

Hi Cityfish - Ya, I'm from Penang. Thanks for the info... I'm going!!! Just goes to show how much I know about my own kampung!

OK. It is the place besides Equatorial Hotel in Penang, located Bukit Jambul. Known as "taman hibiscus" if not mistaken. Are you in Penang? ~~cityfish

Where is this recreational park in Penang? I didn't know we had tigers in captivity. I would like to visit this park if you would be so kind to tell me where it is.

I was at the recreation park in Penang, about 5km from my home. This was th 3rd time I went there, the previous round I couldn't get a good shot with my little 4X zoom kodak camera.

Beautiful picture, where was it taken? The Tiger appears to be doing what Tigers do best.
