June 13 2004:
England Expects..

It seems that I’m the only one with an England flag flying from my house or car in honour of our country’s involvement in the Euro 2004 football championships being played in Portugal. It’s our first match tonight and were playing our ‘old enemy’ France, so its going to be a tough one.

Both teams would like to secure victory, but will it have our name on it or not?

I think Eng. should have a lock on the match. Nicely detailed rusts and lettering.

Are you indicating that the English team is a bit rusty?LOL
Good luck to your team and I hope they beat the French.

I like the closeup of the lock which is well done, but I don't connect it to your intro words about England vs France? "Anyway good kicking and all that old boy." LOL
