Anita Harris was a member of horse rangers from about 1977 to about 1983/4. She gained both her Tender Foot and Intermediate badges and was working on her Golden Spur, before she left. She was also runner up to Horse Ranger of the year in 1982.


Anita said "I remember the person riding Anne was Susan or Rue Fur, who I know became the head girl, after a girl called Linda, who always took care of White Lady. White Lady had tendon trouble and was only used lightly, Linda also rode White Lady side saddle, and I know she suffered from hay fever, yep a horse with hay fever."
